Women at work: Paths to equality

This working paper summarises reflections on the theme of women and employment from a group of researchers in the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) with an interest in gender and labour market issues. Its publication followed a request by the French Presidency of the EU for a contribution from Eurofound to a conference on professional equality for men and women held in Lille on 13–14 November 2008.
