Russia urged to allow OSCE access to South Ossetia

Human Rights Watch urged Russia to allow the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe access to South Ossetia in a report published January 2009, which documented human rights violations by both Russia and Georgia in the August 2008 conflict.
