The European Defence Agency (EDA) launched the operational phase of the EU Third Party Logistic Support Platform on 1 July 2009. It is intended to serve as an interactive showcase for European industries having expertise in the field of mission and operations-related TPLS to advertise their services. It will also comprise a publicly accessible area for contracting authorities (EU institutions and EU Member States) to advertise their business opportunities, including ongoing and completed contracts. |
