Press Release: Public procurement: Commission closes infringement case against Germany concerning public-public cooperation for IT contracts in Hamburg and North Rhine-Westphalia

In light of recent judgements by the European Court of Justice, the European Commission decided to close an infringement case against Germany concerning the award of information technology (IT) supply and service contracts by local and regional public authorities in Hamburg and North Rhine-Westphalia to public IT service providers.
