The European Commission decided to send Spain a 'Letter of Formal Notice under Article 228' of the EC Treaty regarding its failure to execute a 2009 judgment of the European Court of Justice. This judgment (case C-321/08) concerned the failure to notify any measures implementing Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices (UCP Directive). |
