	Ministers from the United Kindgom, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland signed a Political Declaration in Brussels on 7 December 2009, launching an initiative to cooperate on the development of offshore wind infrastructure in the North Sea and Irish Seas.
