Press Release: Oireachtas Committee report backs EU proposals to control bankers’ bonuses and regulate levels of capital banks must maintain

New EU regulations which will strengthen the existing supervisory regime for financial institutions, including placing strict regulations on bonus payments, were endorsed in a report published on 28 February 2010 by the Joint Oireachtas Committee on European Scrutiny.
