Spain to toughen short-selling rules

Article reports that Spain’s stock market regulator, the National Stock / Securities Market Commission (CNMV) announced 27 May 2010 that it is to toughen controls of equity short selling with plans to extend current reporting rules beyond financial sector stocks.
