Brussels set to censure Paris on Roma

Article reports that the European Commissioner for Justice Viviane Reding is refusing to back down in a dispute with France over its treatment of Roma migrants and said on the 21 September 2010 to a European Parliament Committee that preparations for a formal reprimand were 'advancing very quickly'.
