Joint letter of President Van Rompuy and President Barroso to the G20 Leaders, 5.11.2010

In a joint letter to G20 leaders, European Council President Van Rompuy and Commission President Barroso have outlined their views on the key issues coming up for discussion at the G20 Summit in Seoul, and at summits the EU will have with the United States, Ukraine and Russia.
