Parliament and Council Conciliation Committee – Agreement on regulation on rights of bus and coach passengers, Brussels, 1 December 2010

The Council and the European Parliament, meeting on 30 November 2010 in the Conciliation Committee, reached agreement on a proposal for a regulation on the rights of
bus and coach passengers. The agreement needs now to be endorsed by the European Parliament (by a majority of the votes cast) and by the Council (by a qualified majority) for the regulation to be adopted.
