Education and business study: Montenegro

The European Commission requested the European Training Foundation (ETF) to carry out a study on education and business co-operation in its the EU neighbouring countries and territories (involved in the Enlargement process as part of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance). For the purpose of this study, the term ‘education’ comprises vocational education and training, postsecondary
non-tertiary education and tertiary education, including public and private institutions. The term ‘business’ covers any entity with economic activity, regardless of legal status. This working paper is the country specific contribution for Montenegro.
