Education and business study: Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244)

The European Commission entrusted the European Training Foundation (ETF) with carrying out a study on education and business cooperation in the EU neighbouring countries and territories (involved in the enlargement process according to the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance, or in the European Neighbourhood Partnership Instrument, or in Central Asia). For the purpose of this study, the term education includes VET, postsecondary non-tertiary and
tertiary education, including public and private institutions. The term business covers any entity involved in economic activity regardless of its legal status. This working paper is the country-specific contribution for Kosovo.
