EU relaxes curbs on Burmese ministers

The European Union relaxed some of its restrictions on members of the Burmese government on the 12 April 2011, a clear indication that despite widespread condemnation of the election in 2010, western nations are taking a more flexible approach to one of the world’s most isolated regimes.
