Socialists ousted in Portugal election / PM-elect aims to implement Portugal bail-out

Portugal’s opposition Social Democrats (PSD) won a conclusive victory in the general election on the 5 June 2011, paving the way for a new centre-right government coalition to implement the country’s €78bn bail-out programme.
