This report by 'Oxford Research' is based on 21 case studies in the following sectors: electromechanical engineering, food manufacturing, financial services and insurance activities, wholesale and retail, in six countries: Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Spain and Sweden. The aim of this study and of the whole research package is to investigate whether and how improvement of the quality of work can boost the performance of employees and the companies for which they work. |
