Press Release: TEN-T Days 2011: Decision makers meet to discuss how infrastructure investment can get the economy moving

Decision makers and business leaders are meeting on 29 and 30 November 2011 as part of the TEN-T Days 2011 to discuss how the European Union's funding of cross-border transport infrastructure projects can help boost the economy.

Organised by the European Commission, the TEN-T Days 2011 will bring together the Commission, Members of the European Parliament, the European Coordinators for the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), Ministers and other high level representatives of the Member States as well as more than 600 stakeholders. Also present will be Commission Vice-President Siim Kallas, Commissioner responsible for transport.

The theme of this year's TEN-T Days is Connecting Europe: Putting Europe's economy on the move.
