Press Release: Judgment in Joined Cases T-458/09 and T-171/10. Slovak Telekom a.s. v Commission

The Commission was entitled, during its investigation regarding competition law, to request Slovak Telekom to provide it with information on its activities prior to the
accession of Slovakia to the European Union. The Commission must be able to obtain all the information necessary to enable it to assess whether that undertaking complied with the competition rules after 1 May 2004.
