BASF warns on emissions trading changes

In an interview with the Financial Times in April 2012, Kurt Bock, the chief executive of BASF, the world’s biggest chemical maker by sales, warned the European Union that it risked undermining the Europe's industrial competitiveness if it tampers with the emissions trading scheme.
