France and Italy unite on euro crisis plan / France seeks eurozone stability package / Merkel warns on French economy

France’s President François Hollande and Italy’s Prime Minister Mario Monti pressed their common positions to save the euro through growth policies, debt mutualisation and development of a eurozone bailout fund on the 14 June 2012 ahead of a critical series of international summits over the following two weeks.
