Article reported that as it grappled with the eurozone economic crisis the European Central Bank was confronted by a problem within its Frankfurt headquarters: staff anger at the resulting extra workload. Ipso, the union among ECB staff, wrote to Mario Draghi, the bank’s president, in the summer of 2012, to warn of risks from a growing number of long-term absences and stress-related illness.
