Report from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council – Protection of the European Union’s financial interests – Fight against fraud annual report 2011

The Commission presents, in cooperation with the Member States, this Annual Report on Protection of the European Union’s Financial Interests in 2011 under Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

The purpose of this report is to assess the extent to which EU funds or revenue of the EU budget are at risk of misuse because of fraudulent or non-fraudulent irregularities and to explain what is being done to address the issue.
