Strasbourg travelling circus must go on, says EU court advisor

In a legal opinion issued on the 6 September 2012 an Advocate General of the European Court of Justice, Paolo Mengozzi, stated that existing case law demanded the continuation of the European Parliament holding twelve plenary sessions per year in Strasbourg.
