Proposal for a Council Decision concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Cape Verde on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation

The proposed decision concerning the conclusion of the Agreement the readmission of persons residing without authorisation sets out the necessary internal arrangements for the practical application of the Agreement.

A proposal for the signing of this Agreement was released on the same day. The European Commission proposed the launch of negotiations in November 2008.
