Transposition of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive into UK law will require a number of high-level policy decisions, as well as a considerable number of operational ones. This consultation paper, issued on 11 January 2013, sets out the UK Government’s proposed approach to a number of the key policy decisions. Deadline for responses: 27 February 2013.
