EU directive on network and information security: A call for views and evidence

The European Commission, together with the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, on 7 February 2012, published a cybersecurity strategy alongside a Commission proposed directive on network and information security (NIS).

This call seeks evidence on the potential effect of the proposed EU directive in the United Kingdom.

Deadline for responses: 21 June 2013.
