Press Release: Appointment of judges to the General Court of the European Union

on 24 July 2013, the representatives of the governments of the member states appointed Mr Egidijus Bieliunas(Lithuania) as judge to the General Court of the European Union (the former Court of First Instance) for six years from 1 September 2013 onwards.

The representatives of member states' governments also reappointed Mr Miro Prek (Slovenia) as judge to the General Court of the European Union for a further six years from 1 September 2013 onward and Ms Vesna Tomljenovic (Croatia) for the same period.
