Press Release: Statement by the spokesperson of the High Representative Catherine Ashton on the attack on UNAMID peacekeepers in Darfur

EU High Representative Catherine Ashton condemned the attack on UNAMID in Darfur on 14 July, which left 7 Tanzanian peacekeepers dead and 17 others wounded. She called on the Government of Sudan to take rapid action to hold the perpetrators accountable and bring them to justice.
