Leading MEP claims Snowden willing to testify before Parliament by video link

Green German MEP Jan Philipp Albrecht claimed on the 5 December 2013 that Edward Snowden, the whistleblower and key actor in the NSA scandal, was willing to testify before the European Parliament.
