Proposal for a Council Decision concerning the signing of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Cape Verde on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation

The attached proposal constitutes the legal instrument for the signing of the Agreement on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation.

A proposal for the conclusion of this Agreement was released on the same day. The European Commission proposed the launch of negotiations in November 2008.
