On the 19 February 2014, in Brussels, the results of the European Consumers Centers' work showed that it handled more than 80,000 enquiries from citizens across the EU in 2013. This represents an increase of 11% compared to 2012. It is a proof that the funding provided by the Commission’s Consumer Programme ultimately benefits the people who need it most, EU consumers and reputable and innovative businesses and makes a valuable contribution to the Single Market. |
