Denmark bundles patent court referendum with 2014 EU election

Danes will vote in May 2014 on whether or not to join the EU's Unified Patent Court, the Danish government confirmed on 19 December 2013.

According to a Gallup poll in March 2014, almost 50% of Danish voters were expected to vote 'yes' in the referendum, with 31% still undecided.
