German cabinet ministers endorsed on the 2 April 2014 a draft bill to introduce a nationwide minimum wage. The government hoped the new rules would come into force in 2015. According to the draft bill, it would introduced a minimum wage of 8.50 euros ($11.72) per hour across all industries. |
