Beating AIDS worldwide, NGOs still alarmed

On the 20 July 2014 international actors emphasised the need to intensify the fight against HIV/AIDS at the 20th International AIDS Conference in Melbourne, Australia. The joint United Nations programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) highlighted the progress made globally, and especially in developing countries.
