Proposal for a Council Decision on the position to be adopted at the International Maritime Organization during the 93rd session of the Maritime Safety Committee

The present proposal concerns the establishment of the Union position in the 93rd session of the IMO's Maritime Safety Committee in relation to the adoption of amendments to SOLAS Regulations II-2/1, 2/3, 2/9.7, 2/13.4, 2/18, 2/20-1, 2/29, chapter III, the Life Saving Appliances Code and the 2011 Enhanced Survey Programme Code.
