Levels of student tuition fees, grants and loans continued to highlight stark differences across Europe, according to a report published on the 17 October 2014 by the European Commission's Eurydice network. The report, covering 33 European countries, revealed that fee systems had remained relatively stable across the continent, despite some notable exceptions. Germany was the only country to abolish tuition fees, despite introducing them only in 2007. |
