First Minister of Wales – Speech on a New Union

First Minister of Wales, Carwyn Jones, made a speech to the Institute for Government in London on the future of the Union, 16 October 2014.

In the speech the First Minister discusses how, following the Scottish referendum on independence in September 2014, the UK can meet the challenge of reforming the Union (of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales)
