New Commission floats first ‘kill list’ of green EU laws

An internal document from the European Commission seen by Reuters in November 2014 showed that rules on low energy appliances, such as dishwashers and refrigerators were among a group of laws the Commission intended to review or scrap as part of its better regulation initiative led by Vice-President Frans Timmermans.
