Proposal for a Council Decision on the position to be adopted at the 65th session of the Marine Environment Protection Committee and at the 92nd session of the Maritime Safety Committee

The present proposal concerns the establishment of the Union position at the 65th session of the IMO's Marine Environment Protection Committee and at the 92nd session of the IMO's Maritime Safety Committee in relation to the adoption of amendments to forms A and B of the International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificates, the Condition Assessment Scheme, the International Safety Management Code, SOLAS chapter III and the High Speed Craft Codes 1994 and 2000 concerning enclosed space entry and rescue drills.
