Polish opposition says local poll result ‘dishonest’

Poland's opposition parties contested the results of the local election which took place in the country on 16 November 2014.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, leader of the Law and Justice (PiS) party - the biggest opposition party - named it a 'dishonest' election, and called for a demonstration to take place on 13 December 2014.

Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz dismissed the opposition calls as an attempt to undermine democracy in Poland.
