Transparency: Now you see it…

Following the presentation of the European Commission;s State of the Union 2015 speech on the 9 September 2015 by the European Commission President, the authors suggest that Jean-Claude Juncker isn’t talking much about mandatory lobbying disclosure these days, despite this being presented as a priority in 2014.
