The European Commission's president Jean-Claude Juncker urged his commissioners to attend the weekly meeting of the College of Commissioners, in a letter sent out on 29 September 2015. According to the letter obtained by EurActiv, Mr Juncker reminded his colleagues that the weekly College meetings are the primary means for the executive to come together and make collective decisions. |
