Press Release: EU-South Korea free trade agreement concluded

The Council of the European Union adopted on 1 October 2015 a free trade agreement between the European Union and South Korea, following its ratification by all member states.

The agreement provides a progressive liberalisation of trade in goods and services and became the EU's first trade deal with an Asian country.
