The United Kingdom: House of Commons: European Scrutiny Committee held a one-off evidence session on 21 October 2015 on TTIP.

The purpose of this evidence session was to question the Minister on the:

+ progress of negotiations and the likely benefits/costs to the UK of an agreement
+ transparency of negotiations – in particular, opportunities for the UK Parliament to scrutinise the negotiations and, if concluded, the final agreement
+ most contentious aspects of the TTIP, including the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) procedure.
