Meeting: Economic and Financial Affairs Council, 10 November 2015

A meeting of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council was scheduled to take place on 10 November 2015 in Brussels. The following topics were expected to be discussed:

+ Capital Markets Union: Adoption of conclusions on the action plan presented by the European Commission.

+ Implementation of the Banking Union: state of play

+ Debate on bridge financing in the context of the Single Resolution Mechanism (SRM)

+ Exchange of views on the package of measures related to strengthening the Economic and Monetary Union

+ Adoption of conclusions regarding climate finance, in preparation of the 21st Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
