Press Release: High level debate on the persecution of Christians in the world

The European Parliament hosted on 1 December 2015 a high-level conference on inter-faith dialogue and the situation of Christians around the world. The conference was organised by the chamber's vice-president Antonio Tajani and attended by president Martin Schulz.

MEPs and experts from a number of countries focused on the persecution of Christians around the globe and discussed specific proposals for action.
