Yanis Varoufakis, Peddler of Snake Oil / Varoufakis launches EU grassroots movement in Germany

Greece’s former finance minister Yanis Varoufakis launched 'The Democracy in Europe Movement' (DiEM25) in Berlin on the 9 February 2016.

Varoufakis called the movement 'a broad coalition of radical democrats', which intended to 'democratise' the European Union.
