Project Fear meets Project Fear?

As the EU referendum campaign gets underway both the remain and leave the EU sides are accusing each other of running project fear – scaremongering to convince voters to back their cause. Who is right? Sadly the reality is that both sides are struggling to put forward a positive case for Remain or Leave.
