During 2015, the Centre for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom (CMPF), with the co-financing of the European Commission and the European Parliament, carried out a second pilot-test implementation of the Media Pluralism Monitor (MPM) developed and pilot-tested in 2014 by CMPF itself on 9 selected EU countries.
