Gender equality in power and decision-making. Review of the implementation of the Beijing Platform for Action in the EU Member States : report

EIGE’s report presents the current situation and trends as regards women’s and men’s engagement in political, economic and social decision-making in the period from 2003 to 2014. It aims to highlight the gender gaps in leadership positions and to identify areas of decision-making where notable progress was made. The report provides a brief review of the EU policy context and research on factors that support or hinder women’s representation in decision-making.
